i had initial interview for change of status, my I130 approved, i485 recom. for approval, but background check

I came to USA on B2 visa, married to US Citizen, i had initial interview. The Immigration officer told me that your i-130 filed by my US citizen, is approved. But I485 is recommended for approval, but we cannot make any decision due to background check, so therefore, the i485, is pending.
