When I was 14 I got into a fight and was charged with misdemeanor assault. I pleaded no-contest and did six months of probation. I was told when i finished my probation that It would be taken of my record. It has not shown up on any of my employers previous background checks and I am not going into the teaching program in college. Will this show up when they do my teaching back ground check? please help?

My license was not suspended but it had expired. I’m starting volunteering at a school to start a career in education. I know they do back ground checks, and i know they are really looking for perverts but I am still worried this will affect my chances.
