Does the 18 yr old that is on the lease with her parent need to fill out an application and have a back ground check done as well as the parent? This is a question for the State of California.
I really need a quick answer response.

would not qualilfy for a finger print clearance card in order to work as a police officer or public school teacher? I’m angry that as a teacher, I’m grilled every 3 years like a common criminal, paying money to have myself investigated and yet politicians are never given a back ground check. Some of them even have convictions even though their daddys were rich enough to buy them out of their crime…if they had been black and poor, they would have been in prison instead of in office. What can the American people do about that problem?
If you answer, don’t avoid the question…the question is…What can people do? Not Do I portray negativity to children or Am I playing a race card? I am asking, What can American do to make America better?

You bet I portrait that attitude to students and ask them to consider such questions also. What can you do to make your country a better place? A more honest place? A more just country and neighborhood? I encourage children to consider this…too bad for you that you consider this negative…

Don’t be part of the problem, be part of the solution!
sorry mqc p,

Wrong Blakenwite…Blakenwite is the name of my dog and I only aquired that alias a month or so ago. I’m not impressed. Answer my question please?

Ok, I’m moving to Italy in a year and I was wondering if you can do background checks on people there? I live in Kentucky and aren’t for sure if you can do that with people who live so far away, because I don’t want to end up living with some one who is a convicted drug seller or something.

My son is interested in joining ther Navy but has three juvenile misdeamenors. 2 when he was 15 and one when he was 17. He is now 19 and wants to join the navy. I never had the records expunged because I didn’t think it would make a difference in a government back ground check. How should I proceed? SHould I request the records be expunged? WIll they still have access to the records? Thank you to anyone who can offer advice.
